Flexy was my delivery in design 4: production
the assignment was to make a light switch that was able to be mass-produced. Focusing on the possibilities within the process of injection molding, i wanted to make a mechanism that displayed the material properties of plastic, both rigid and ductile.
the result was a bistable switch, based on the principals of compliant mechanisms.
